Add / remove a director
Adding a director to the company? The director must hold a consent letter from proposed Director, DSC ( Digital Signature Certificate) and DIN ( Director’s Identification Number). Don’t have those, don’t worry! We have you covered for that as well!
2. Removal/Resignation
Incase of resignation of director, form DIR 11 needs to be filed with ROC, giving appropriate notice and approval of board. The director can also be removed by the board. Refer blog section for insights.
3. Surrender DIN
Not a director anymore? Don’t intend to be one in future?
DIN can be surrendered by filing form DIR-5 with the ROC and making other statutory declarations.
4. DIR 3 KYC
Every DIN holder has to DIR 3 KYC (Know your Customer) every year before 30th April of the immediately next financial year.
